Probe detects E fields produced by electrical activity and other unknown anomalies. Unit uses no batteries or other sources of power yet detects very weak and virtually un-noticed energy fields. The apparatus is electrically balanced and designed in the shape of a wand with a 2 inch brass sphere at its detecting end. The handle is 1” OD x 9” of treated polycarbonate with plated metallic tape wrapped around the ends. A neon lamp indicator flashes upon detection and increases as you get closer to the source, or if the source gets stronger. This handy unit is easy to use and can check the validity of output energy of various healing machines and other radiating products. A lighter projectile can be fired at considerably higher velocity. Device uses stored electrical energy accumulated on a capacitor bank and switched into the accelerator coil by a special three terminal triggered spark switch. The accelerator coil induces a very high amperage current in the projectile that now sets up its own magnetic field that opposes that in the coil causing a repulsive moment of accelerative force on the projectile.
The Mass Launcher uses a flat spiral coil arranged with a vertical flyway and wooden support base. The projectile used is on the heavy side weighing in at over 4 ounces. Its geometry is a flat aluminum washer that is of the same size as the coil. This geometry provides maximum coupling and optimizes electric to kinetic efficiency. Initial velocity is over 300 fps but quickly drops off due to the poor aero dynamics of the projectile shape. A piece of 2 foot long 2 x 1 inch pine board placed on the flyway tube will be easily split by projectile impact.
Projectile may be retained on a flyway for repeating display or free flying.

The magnetic cannon is an electrokinetic device using a conditioned pulse of magnetic energy to propel a 2 oz. (250 grams) object to a high velocity. System as shown is battery powered and uses some of our latest technology in energy charging and switching. This is an excellent advanced science project demonstrating several important electric and magnetic reactions.
Unit is built in a 16 x 16" doubled partitioned base that houses the energy storage and current source on the bottom section. The actual cannon is mounted on a adjustable trunnion type mount that is securely bolted to the top section along with the rechargeable batteries. A control panel with a voltage meter and all switches is mounted at the rear and sandwiched between the top and bottom partitions.
The Magnetic Cannon uses a coil wound with equal length and equal width. The coil is wound on the flyway tube that now pivots on a trundle assembly to adjust elevation and give the looks of a cannon. The projectile is made with geometry to allow maximum inductive coupling and takes the shape of a heavy ring weighing 1-3 ounces. Initial velocity is over 400 fps, and we have gotten ranges of over 1000 feet, even with less than optimal aero dynamics.
This is a very dangerous project and should only be attempted by experienced and responsible adults. Not only is it a severe lethal shock hazard, but also the projectile can maim or kill a person. The device must be treated as a real gun!!

The PPRO1 Plasma Thermal Gun utilizes the electrothermal energy obtained from vaporizing a metallic material, creating a pressure wave of sufficient magnitude to cause a projectile to accelerate to ballistic velocities.
The system shown on our data is a relatively low velocity device within the building capability of most hobbyists. The project may be scaled up for serious research with an obvious increase in high voltage handling and ballistic hazards. The project requires experience in the handling of high-voltage, high-energy devices. Construction requires our HEP90 working high-energy pulser as described. It is shown using a 96Mfd/4.5Kv Capacitor Bank . These values may be altered within limits to allow the use of available capacitors that you may have on hand. An energy-storage capacitor is charged from a programmable, controlled current source to a selected high voltage. This capacitor is switched by a triggered spark gap, dumping all the stored energy into a small-volume explosion chamber and vaporizing a thin, aluminum wire placed inside the chamber. A pressure wave forces a projectile out the barrel to a high velocity. |

As mentioned above, the Plasma Thermal Gun requires a power supply/charger and trigger, such as our HEP90 Pulser/Ignitor or similar. Also required are capacitors to store the ignition energy, such as our 96Mfd/4.5Kv Capacitor Bank or similar, and construction of the plasma gun as shown.
