Laser Diode Modules are intended for the laser system original equipment manufacturer (OEM) offering a laser product to the public. These modules as sold are not FDA compliant. The manufacturer must add these compliances in his finished product to be legal for public sale in the USA. Our modules have output power ratings of 2.5-5 milliwatts (CLASS 3A) and from 5 to 150 milliwatts (CLASS 3B).

Green Laser Modules

S-GDL-532 Series Ultra-Small 10-150 milliwatt
Green Laser Diode Module
Our S-GDL laser is the smallest module on the market that can produce up to 150 milliwatts of continous 532 nm green laser beam which can actually burn an object at close range. Applications include use for small laser systems, laser scanning and alignment, aiming, surveying and display. Note that these modules will require cooling either by a fan or thermoelectric cooler if operated over 30 seconds at a time. Leads from the circuitboard are attached (soldered) to the laser diode. The circuitboard may also be attached to an aluminum heatsink.

30 Milliwatt Continuous
Infrared Laser Diode Module

High power invisible 30 milliwatt infrared laser at 980 nanometers operates on 3 volts (two AA batteries). This module is a Class 3B device and requires protective eyewear when viewing the beam or any potential direct reflections or scatter. Intended for experimental use in window bounce systems, target designation, optical x-rays, IR holography and general optical research. The module may be temporarily powered with just a 3 volt battery pack. Module measures 1-½” x ½” diameter and includes an adjustable collimating lens.
